To help provide an excellent and safe rider experience, it is important to ensure that the quality of repairs is your #1 priority.
The quality of repairs is rated on two key factors:
- Before/After repair photo quality
- Rider ratings
Repair photos should be clear (not blurry), well-lit, and simple (the repair should be easily determined by the photo).
We have provided a couple of examples below, of helpful before/after photos submitted through the app:

In addition, the Bird Mechanic team actively monitors average rider scores post-repair, as we want to ensure a consistent, enjoyable and safe rider experience.
Failure to provide quality repairs is a breach of the Services Agreement and may lead to termination of your Mechanic account.
